Hi, I'm getting back to playing after a break of a few years.
Looking to join or start a band initially for fun but with a view to regular gigging. I'm what you might call a mature drummer (53) but still have plenty of life left in me! I'm quite happy to play with other musicians of any age!
Ideally I would prefer to either play original music or play in a tribute band rather than lots of different covers, especially a Floyd or Genesis tribute band!

Influences
I do love Prog rock I can't deny it! Floyd, Genesis, Yes, Rush. But enjoy most genres if it has some sort of rock basis.
EQUIPMENT
My current set up is a 7 piece Premier Artist kit in a rosewood finish.
I play mainly Sabian cymbals.
I also have an Alesis electronic kit, plus an assortment of percussion.
