Mojo Rocket are looking for a LEAD GUITARIST who unlike the incumbent plays for the music, not just his own ego. Yes we believe that guitar parts should remain +/- consistent and solos should take place within a pre-agreed and rehearsed structure. Please do not try to justify your inability to count by calling it "improvisation". But of course within the allocated solo spot you can play whatever you like, thought it would be great if you have the flexibility and sound to play more than basically just Blues licks. Lastly, you should understand that "feel" comes from the guitar part too - i.e. not just the responsibility of the rhythm section.
