I'm 20 yrs old. Been playing guitar for around 7 years. Self taught. Im currently a chiropractic student. But to be honest music is such a huge inspiration for me that i would drop everything in a heart beat to form a succesful band. Huge sounding music sort of like linkin park, alter bridge, bring me the horizon etc. I've obviously grew up on more classic rock/metal genre like megadeth and guns and roses. But the big inspiration comes from bands like Linkin Park and metallica. Where all of a sudden I'll be playing huge cinematic music like park or heavy galloping style metallica riffs. All in all I'm open to anything, my music is so diverse that bands like catfish and the bottlemen really drive my guitar playing too. I just need a solid group now where i can improve and make something work.

Amplification HT Metal 5 Combo (Blackstar) Studio ready and a practice amp with effects loop and built in reverb. Stupid amounts of gain.
Guitar: PRS SE Tremonti: Ernie Balls: skinny top heavy bottoms. Usually play from drop C# -drop B and max drop A
Epiphone: AJ Series Acoustic guitar with 12th fret cutaway.
Picks: Dunlop Jazz III XL and small ones.

*Because i have so a high gain crunchy amp i tend to use effects loop to get distortion tones. However I am soon investing in a metal zone pedal.
Obviously things like leads, patch cables and power banks are standard. Clip on tuners, capo etc.
Recording equipment: Scarlett Solo interface, Abelton live 9 software (have a reasonable skill set using this software). Shure SM57 instrument/vocal microphone. Mic stand and cables etc.
