I am a Drummer by trade and late-learner Bassist. I love most kinds of music if played well, I have one dislike only and that's rap music, it's more poetry I think, I just can't get on with it. I have played both professionally and semi-pro too. I play Bass in a church environment, some cracking stuff there.

If I had to sum up my love of music in two bands they would be Steely Dan and Yes, however I like soooo many different types of music, different cultures too. From Classical (esp. Russian classical) through Jazz to Rock, Jazz Rock, Funk, Soul, Country.
Celtic too.
