Seeking for:
- PROFESSIONAL MINDSET is a must
- Passion for (and knowledge of) Progressive Rock/Metal music is a must
- Music theory education is a MAJOR plus (if your music playing is amazing and you don't know music theory you can apply anyway, you'll learn everything about music theory along the way!)
- Music industry education is a good plus
- For guitarist, keyboardist, bass player and drummer a skilled background vocals also prove valuable
