The audio clips I've put up are to showcase my playing, not the style of band I'm interested in starting. The first 2 are from my other band Xerath, and are quite heavy-ish. The last 4 are from the band Primer and are a lot more laid back.

I suppose you could say I'm a professional guitarist. I'm in a signed heavy metal band, I've got endorsements with Jackson guitars, Peavey amps, and Roland/Boss, and I do the odd product demo for Roland/Boss too. I've done a few sessions in the London/Hampshire area, and played hundreds of gigs in my lifetime.

I'm looking for something a lot more chilled out than heavy metal. I was brought up on the blues, but I'm looking for something for a more modern sound than just jamming 12 bar all night. Kind of like how John Mayer is "bluesy" but he plays more than just that.

Currently just myself. I've got quite a few vague song ideas that I'd like to jam out with other musicians to find our sound.

I'm looking for talented musicians who know when to shine, and when to sit back.
Also, a singer with a strong, distinctive voice. I'm not going to say "should sound like x" because I think as long as you can sing in tune we can work, and write songs to the strength of the singer.
