I have been fronting various bands since I was 14 years old, usually covers bands, playing all genres, including 60's pop/rock/blues, 70's punk and classic rock, 80;s 90's and some noughties. . The last band I ran, FRIXION, ran for 11 years playing gigs all over the UK and very occasionally across the channel. Play a mixed bag of all the above. I also played with a fun band of fellow pro muso's every 6 or so weeks this pure self indulgence playing a mix of songs we liked, so, some electric, some acoustic and even the odd acapella number. I was very, very active while performing, getting among the crowd, dancing, headbanging up on many a bar and table. 4 years ago I was diagnosed with a severe lung illness and ended up having to jack in my day job and folding the band and retiring on my DLA. I spent the first three years in deep depression, locking myself away .A year ago I came to my senses and started the fight back. I will never be able to rock on for a full three hours solid, but can still hold a tune and would be happy to do 2 to 3 evenly spaced sets every month or so at a slower pace then before. Don't care what I sing I will give 100% to all. as a side note I am happy to turn up, do as I'm told, socialise and go home extremely happy. If my experience is required I am also happy to help in any way I can.
