I am a 56 Y/O Guitar player (going on 21 again)Happy go lucky type, daft as a brush, enjoy a good laugh or hard work with music. I make friends easily, am also a Luthier/Guitar tech so useful there too. Have gigged before APPROX 100x, BUT, I am NOT Eric Clapton or Jimi Hendrix, if I were a virtuoso do you really think I'd be on here? I am just an average guitarist (in need of plenty of WD-40!)trying to improve all the time, and have fun along the way. LOADS of pro kit, looking to join a band playing Blues/Classic Rock (60s-80s)or own materiel, alt-rock, prog etc. Own transport.
I have tried so-called jam nights, but they always seem to turn into 'Who's fastest?' shootouts. I hate that. I KNOW people are looking, SO WHY NOT contact me?? I don't bite lol! icrawfntlworld, OR TEXT. I can also run and set up a sound system for gigs, have run 48 channel miers before. Surely in a city as large as Manchester SOMEONE can make SOME use of me!
