ABOUT
I play swing guitar with more than a hint of jazz and blues. I love adding a little sparkle to a tight rhythm section and improvising concise melodic solos. For me, it's all about doing whatever helps a singer shine while keeping things nicely in the groove. I'm also happy to play percussion on bongo drums and congas and acoustic stuff on mandolin and octave mandola.
I'm currently working with the Hanksters ska and reggae band, Mystery Train rock and roll band, A-train jazz and Two Bob band Americana.

What a difference a day made Year: 2019 Genre: Jazz
Recorded with the fabulous Miss Songbird on vocals. The accompaniment is electric and the solo, unusually for me, is played on an acoustic.
