I've been singing on and off since I was a teenager and have taken lessons during some of that time. I've never actually joined a band or played live but decided to take action, as I couldn't stand the thought of letting another year go by without making that happen.
I have quite a particular taste in music, which makes this somewhat challenging, as most people who like the same bands as me tend to have decades of experience.
Realistically I understand my options are limited, but I'd be happy to find a group that gets together to practice and play occasional gigs for fun, or a group that is just starting out and doesn't mind having someone with my level of experience on board.
