Plain Sailing needs a new bass player. We’re a five piece band, playing pop rock songs from the 60s to the present day. We rehearse in Axminster, meeting mainly for fun with occasional gigs at clubs and pubs. You'll find more about the band at https://www.lemonrock/plainsailing.
We enjoy playing together every week or two in a small room with lots of equipment so no one needs to bring any heavy gear. If it's regular gigs that you're looking for then this isn't the band for you. We've had four gigs this year so far, in Chard, Lyme, Seaton and Exeter. We have a temporary bass player on board at the moment but are looking to recruit a permanent one before we seek any more gigs. There five of us, aged 50+: female singer, guitar, keyboard, bass and drums.
