ABOUT
Experienced - love to meet other aged musos with a view to play something stimulating...
Recently, I learned from Blues Journalist Duncan Beattie that "You Can't Hang", a song I wrote for Jock's Juke Joint Vol 1, was the most-played track from the album. The song I wrote for JJJ Vol 2 "You Just Can't Win" was proposed for Best Song in the British Blues Awards earlier this year. It also got a lot of airplay.
Kool Breeze(Missouri: https://www./datkoolbreeze), who's been a great supporter of the JJJ project, played both tracks on her show "Phenomenal Women in Blues" last month (circa 34 mins in if you want to listen here: http://koolbreeze.podomatic/entry/2013-11-16T07_36_14-08_00)
To say I'm rather chuffed is putting it mildly...
