Sonic Tapestry are a progressive rock band from Cheshire. Formed over 9 years ago, from a local jam scene, we have developed our sound taking influences from the early prog rock scene of the early seventies, blending melodic musical pieces and powerful guitar with harmonic vocal arrangements and vintage analogue synth scapes. Our music endeavours to provide a nod to the traditional progressive sounds with a contemporary attitude and no musical boundaries. Recently we have gained high acclaim with our current EP 'Aftermath' and consequent excellent reviews following our appearance at HRH Prog 6 festival in Pwllheli, Nov 2017.

Also, jazz fusion, classical and folk/acoustic influences. Vintage synths, classic Hammond, Rhodes, 80's synth sounds, psychedelic space soundscapes etc.

John - Mapex Saturn 8 piece drums + sabian cymbals. Percussion bells and things.
