Hello Mancunian Musicians, my name is Rae and I am looking to put a band together- so looking for guitarists, bassists, drummers, keys and other instrumentalists if you are interested in the project. I am a vocalist/lyricist (and can also play basic guitar) with loads of experience performing on-stage- I would love to create a great dynamic on-stage as well as through the music - so if you have experience in both then even better. Playing live gigs is what I love the most! My vocals are a blend of soul, blues and rock - sultry and deep some have described - and am looking for passionate, committed and driven musicians who want to create original music that is soulful/speaks from the heart, moves people to dance but can also be gritty and rocky. A blend of genres much like my voice. I want to find musicians who are keen to gig as much as possible with a desire to potentially tour and get audiences discovering our music, once we've developed and established our songs (making dynamic music is key of course!) I am in my early 30s, so looking for fellow musicians who are experienced and more of a similar age, however I more interested about getting driven and passionate people who are open-minded, hard working/grafters and have a passion for wanting to play live (venues, festivals, events) more than anything else.
