ABOUT

Hello everybody!

My name is Resa, 30, I'm a singer/songwriter and searching for a band in London I can join as a singer/songwriter.

About me:

I sing for 28 years, I had a lot of stage/band/radio/TV experience from previous band commitments or solo.
I did my final exam in music, especially Vocals/Backvocals.
Furthermore I was a candidate at Popstars 2010 (best of 25) and Starmania (casting show best of 80).
I sang advertisments for Nissan and Honda. In 2005 I was Singstar of Austria and sang at the "Donauinselfest" for nearly 250000 people.
I was the leadsinger of Distress Vienna (rock/hardrock band).
90% of these song were written by ourselves, 10% were covers but in our "Distress" style.
Our last live gig was in June 2013 which you can find on soundcloud, search Resa Ch Distress and you'll find the whole gig and as well our produced single for a software company in Austria.

I love to sing nearly everything, I can remember lyrics really quick and not afraid of singing on stage.
My friends always say I'm a jukebox :)

Influences

My influences are mixture from AC/DC, P!NK, LeAnn Rimes, Kiss, Cranberries, Mariah Carey to Adele.

My dad told me when I was a baby and I didn't stop crying, he always just played some Queen/ACDC/KISS songs and suddenly I fell asleep :) . Music is my life, it's the best way to describe my own feelings and just be me :)
