Looking to form a band with a view to writing original material with some covers. I've been in a few bands but have been off the scene due to studies/life. My background is mainly blues and rock, I am however learning jazz. I have written songs for many years and occasional collaborate. I am also writing ambient music, so tastes are wide and varied. I would like to meet musicians with a love of music, for fun, easy gigs full of soul. Lockdown permitting.

Influences
I’m a child of the late 90s so grew up with The likes of Radiohead, Blur, Oasis but also the classics such as Clapton and The Stones. Equally the likes of Ryan Adams and Nick Drake appear on my playlists along with more recent additions such as Lucy Rose and Carl Blau. At the funkier end of the scale Mowtown and Stevie Wonder/James Brown and of course Prince. I think I have every Bowie track in my collection and more recently have explorations into ambient and electronics with likes such as Boards of Canada and Benobo. On a World music flava Ali Fourka Toura, And anything on Realworld Records.
