SEEKING
Banjo, Mandolin, Fiddle, Steel guitar.ABOUT
I am an experienced performer and have played in many different bands of all genres for many years. I am getting on a bit now but can still cut the mustard. I am already in a gigging band so my time will be a bit limited to begin with but if I can join the right outfit I will consider dropping all other commitments. I am looking for a new challenge but I am not interested in playing for free, I don't think anyone should work for nothing, having said that money is not my main driving force it's all about the music. I have all my own equipment and transport.

Influences
Vast variation, I love all sorts of music but was weaned on classic rock. As I have mellowed classical music and jazz have surfaced as the main music I listen to. If I were pinned down to a few artists they would probably be the following. Little Feat, Grateful Dead, Neil Young, Incredible String Band, Tom Waits, Spin Doctors, The Stranglers, Frank Zappa, The Beatles, The Doors, all the oldies but goldies.
