I have been playing guitar for 13 years, self taught, started on steel string acoustic, progressed to electric. Was in a Metal band for 2 years whilst in school, was lead vocals and bass, as other two guitarists were more accomplished at the time. Since then I've been mostly working long hours and studying but I still make time to go to open mic nights. I would like to find a band that will do classic rock but I want to expand my horizons and would really like to play in a funk band

Influences
Very eclectic. From Django Reinhardt to Tame Impala. Favourite bands are Thin Lizzy, Zep, Sabbath, Cream, Deep Purple and mostly other classic rock acts. Recently I've become more into funk and Nile Rodgers and the like.
