Lets get this out of the way right away, I'm 34, and that may seem old to many people out there even over the hill to be a relevant musician but I say F*%k that. Don't let age or preconceptions stop you from saying hi, I might not look like I love and know my metal but believe me it is embedded in my veins so don't let that stop you from getting to know me and finding out what I can offer as a drummer, and besides I play the drums, you can always hide the old git right at the back... I'm looking to get back to my metal roots preferably meet fellow musicians with similar influences and likes in music. I've kept myself active over the past 9 years in various bands including the band to which the songs on my profile belong to, I love playing my drums, recording, rehearsing but playing live is what it's all about for me. This is about me finding like minded people who have a different look at metal and the creativeness to put it together with the goal to be playing live and then whatever after that. For me it's about dirty, sludgy, bouncing riffs and grooves, I want to write music that makes people bounce and mosh.

Nu metal was what and is what always gets my heart pumping and my head thrashing Korn have had a huge influence on my musical and everyday life and of course I've been around nearly as long as they have. Deftones, system of a down, rage against the machine, Metallica, Tool, Portishead, Radiohead and tonnes more, I believe a healthy mix of influences from different music genres always makes for interesting music. I'm looking to create that dirty, heavy bounce that gets people freaking out.
