I'm an experienced musician, having been involved as a musician since my teens. I'm a disciplined and focused player, used to working with others to create a tight and polished sound.
I'm currently doing mostly open mics with other musicians, - I'm in 3 different musician combinations, and also get invites to do occasional gigs. Two or three of the musicians I have been invited to play with are experienced gigging musicians, a couple of them with extensive studio and session musician experience. They have complimented me on the quality of my playing.
I play bodhran, - several years experience-, and clarinet, - returning to playing after years out.
I'm an extremely versatile bodhran player, having adapted it to different genres, and from quiet and slow playing, to loud and very fast. I get invited to play a lot with other local musicians. I'm learning acoustic guitar too, so plans for that in time.
