Selling Shadows are a brand new acoustic outfit - currently a duo with a definite sound and a mini-set together - looking to recruit some melodic relief to our blues-folk country sensibilities.
Our sound is acoustic heartbreak with strong vocal harmonies - think Emmy-lou Harris and Graham Parsons meets a Thomas Hardy novel. Two guitars, two vocal parts and plenty of harmonies. We're looking to add a little something to develop the sound, something that can bring out some strong melodic passages and solos to give us character and a fuller resonance .
