ABOUT

Born in the cultural hub of God’s own country, Thrissur, Kerala, India ; Music was imbibed from childhood. Hearing the sounds around the nature, every activity was a rhythm for him! He had an inclination towards percussion from school days and hence started learning
“Chenda”, “Mridangam “and “Tabla” from some of the great teachers. Later part of his learning platform, he got a deep interest in western instruments, like Drums, Conga and Djembe from the
influence of artists like , Jojo Mayer, Benny Greb , Chris Coleman and others. He started learning from one of the famous percussionist in Kerala, Mr. Shomi Davis to begin the journey.

Live Performance :He became an integral part of one the Bangalore jazz bands of Bangalore, “
Vivek Santosh’s Trio” and Started performing at various avenues like Piano Jazz Man Club (
Delhi ), Musimusicals ( Chennai), Bandra Base , Take 5( Bangalore ), B Flat( Bangalore ),
Phoenix Market City ( Bangalore ), Paul Academy( Kerala) and some private gigs at Indore.
They also launched their own musical called “Puzzle” and “Talisman”.
Currently learning from: Mr. Jeoraj, Bangalore
Education: BA Literature and 8th Grade, Affiliated to Trinity College of London
Teaching Experience- 10+ years overall.
