Hey,
I'm a songwriter and have been writing a metal album for the past 7 years. I'm looking for someone to sing on the album. The album is completely written and instrumentally tracked in the studio already. I plan to pay for high production music videos for singles. This project is something I want to be doing for years to come and is less about gigging and more about getting the music out there.
I graduated this summer and start work full-time this September in Belfast. When I start getting money in is when I want to really get the ball rolling for this project. The singing style I'm looking for would be 90% clean vocals, 10% screaming, and am looking for someone with a bit of power to their voice.
Instrumentally the album has a mix of slower catchy songs like (Avenged Sevenfold's - Hail to the King) and faster thrashier-sounding songs like (Metallica's - Ride the lightning or Megadeth's - Rust In Peace) with a dark heavy feel. I myself am 26.
I'd like to hear demos/covers/links to YouTube channels etc for anyone interested.
