Bass Guitar.ABOUT
Established metal band looking for a proficient, experienced bassist.
You will need to play extended range (5 string or more) as we tune to drop G# with 7 string guitars.
We have many tracks written and recorded (available on request) and a big following. We are not looking to waste anyone's time so please note that we play heavy, fast, very technically complex music that is not easy to play. Think Gojira, Meshuggah, Behemoth, Dillinger Escape Plan, Lamb of God etc.
We are all experienced musicians (drummer, guitarist and vocals - we will be a 4 piece with full line up) and have toured most of the world with various signed outfits. We have a single guitarist so you will need to be creative and have a full sound.
You'll need your own decent gear that doesn't disintegrate every 5 mins and preferably your own transport. Looking to rehearse twice a week in Leeds and sort out a European tour next year.
