I'm a multi-instrumentalist living near Bristol. My primary instrument is guitar (classical/acoustic/electric), but I own/play a variety of instruments including: Bass guitar, mandolin, charango, ukulele, bouzouki, clarinet, tin whistle, recorder, duduk and oud. (I play some to a much higher standard than others!)
I'm looking to join a group that primarily plays original music. I'm open to a variety of styles, but my main preference would be for folk, Celtic/Irish, world and Latin. Anything acoustic or folk rock style.
For a day job, I'm a teacher. While I would be able to commit to regular rehearsals outside of school hours, my capacity for doing lots of gigs in term time is limited, but I am far more flexible during the holidays.
