I recorded this song in my bedroom at home around January 2008. I play acoustic guitars, bass, pianos (midi keys) and I sing too. I have used midi drums and all mixing was done by me at home. I really enjoyed mixing this one, a delicate yet powerful song.

ABOUT

I'm a 22-year old student at Bath Uni. Have been playing music since I can remember, I think I started learning the piano at the age of 7. By age 12/13 I'd got into playing the guitar and after completing Grade 5 playing and theory on piano, I stopped playing it to focus on guitar since that is my real love.

Since learning the guitar, I've also picked up the bass and am now quite versatile.
I did a lot of singing when I was younger and can still do a bit now but I wouldn't say I'm lead vocalist standard, but I'm not awful either.

Since being at uni over the last 4 years, I've got into recording and music production in a big way and I enjoy recording music at home a lot. I've learnt a lot about production techniques and mixing which has been really good.

I'll listen to nearly any sort of music (as long as there are real, talented musicians!) although I have to say that I really like metal, prog stuff, blues and acoustic type stuff. I'm interested in experimental stuff too. I also really like acoustic/trad. folk stuff, basically like a lot of different stuff!
