Hi there. I'm Scott. I'm 18, and I've been playing guitar for 4 years (self-taught.) I really want to start or join a band, as that's the direction I want my life to take. I have little interest in anything else other than music.
Looking to form/join a band to play original songs (and maybe some covers.) I thinking having fun jamming with other musicians, writing, and making a little money gigging.
I write lyrics, but they always seem incomplete to me, so starting from scratch and writing with another person would be great.
I have my own (good quality) equipment. I don't have my own transport, but will be learning to drive at some point. I have to rely on lifts for now.
I love Garage Rock, Hard Rock, Psychedelia, Rock & Roll and Rhythm n Blues.
Ideally, I would want a Singer, a Drummer, a Bassist and maybe an extra guitarist.
Gender and age are unimportant. And I don't expect anyone to be a virtuoso (god knows I'm not) so don't worry about that. But being able to play to a decent standard would be ideal.
So if you're in a similar frame of mind, please get in touch so we can talk and see where it goes.
