Hi !

I'm 37, French and came over to the UK to start a new life.

I have an unusual vocal range with a tremolo that I can turn into a vibrato when I'm focused and not too overpowered by emotions I suppose - what can I say, I'm very French.

I'm a writer and have written a few songs (lyrics/melody/instrumental), but only one that I'm really happy with.

Classical training : I did my classes at my local Conservatory (I read/write score but not tabs even though I used to play the guitar, I only learned classical pieces), including composition. I learned the Violin (8 years) playing first violin in my local Orchestra (3 years) for a total of 9 years (9-18yrs old). I played the guitar for 3 years (16-19). Since my sister was playing the piano, I learned casually using the one at home. I kept playing until I no longer accessed to one (20yrs old)

I was part of a youth choir that produced itself every year at the local Opera/Theater and was directed by Jean Marie Puissant who has been the choir's vocal coach of Reims Opera or directed the choir of Nabucco or Aida at the Stade de France.

I stopped music at 20, and only got my violin out of its closet in 2020 to compose the above mentioned song :)

I cannot play the violin or the guitar on a regular basis anymore because of Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (a rare genetic condition, that reached a bit of awareness thanks to Sia who lives with the condition) I have too much pain in my joints to play seriously.
