Set Phasers to Swing are a group of highly accomplished, experienced and professional musicians with a passion for Jazz.

What can you expect from a SPTS show?

Jazz to sooth you, swing to get your toe tapping and some latin rhythms to get your rump shaking! The beauty of Jazz as a musical form is that there are no set rules to how the songs have to sound. Therefore we might take a number that is usally a ballad and give it an injection of samba to spice things up. Nevertheless, our sole aim is to ensure our customers are entertained and have the best possible time at their event.

We are looking for some horns to add to our line up. As we are still in the process of developing our set we need people who are wiling to come on board aware that we won't be gigging seriously until the new year. This probably means no students, recent graduates or people who need the extra money from gigging immediately.
