Been playing in bands since 1970. Although I'm 72, I have a young modern outlook to music, and am at home playing in most genres. I have played with Mungo Jerry, Dr Hook and Any Trouble, as well as many other less well known acts. Lots of recording experience over the last 45 years. I'm looking for a rock covers band that does interesting material, classic or rock/pop, but please no 12 bar blues bands, rock n roll or trad jazz. Looking for an EXISTING rock covers band with gigs that needs a keyboard player in Brighton, or a 20 mile radius. Quick learner and hard worker.
I have good equipment and transport.
I am in a covers band at the moment that I intend to stay with, but we just don't have enough gigs, and i want to be gigging more than once or twice a month. I'm available most of the time.
