Influences
Early influences were The Beatles, The Police, The Who, Eric Clapton, Men at Work & Dire Straits. Then discovered Led Zeppelin & Iron Maiden.
(Incidentally, a friend telling me that Jimmy Page played the guitar with a violin bow, is what inspired me to ask for a guitar for my 13th birthday).
Whilst learning the guitar in the early 1990s, got heavily influenced by: Pearl Jam, The Black Crowes, Soundgarden, Nirvana, Alice in Chains, Smashing Pumpkins, Sonic Youth, Blind Melon, The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Dinosaur Jr. & Stone Temple Pilots.
