Experienced blues harmonica player thinking about forming an uptempo, swinging blues/Classic R&B band with maybe a bit of funk and jazz thrown in for good measure! Quite a casual thing initially but would look to gig when tight & ready, and maybe write some original stuff...either way, I'd want it to be more than your regular "12 bar blues dirge" dull pub band (so if you think Status Quo are a blues band, you needn't apply!)

Members Of Band
Looking for killer blues lead/rhythm guitarist (not a rock/blues player, think more Hubert Sumlin etc. rather than SRV or Clapton!) Double bass player who can play good 'walking' lines; Piano/Keys, swingin' drummer with a jazz feel, maybe sax/horns and perhaps vocals (I do sing a bit but I'm not the best!) Age/gender unimportant as long as you are of a decent standard, easy going and ego-less, willing to rehearse, contribute to the material and put the work in to learn it
