ABOUT

I play both acoustic and electric violin (with sound processing effects) and have played many sessions on albums - inc 'Gillan's Inn' with Ian Gillan, and 'If Life Was Easy' by Roger Glover.
I also play Hot Club Swing Jazz and have played may gigs both corporate and private house parties.
I'm looking for acoustic guitarists, and acoustic bass (ideally) to get some paid gigs near me in Hampshire/Surrey borders.

Influences

My influences are very varied, from the HotClub Jazz of Django Reinhardt and Stephanne Grappelli to the classic rock of Free, Stones, Zeppelin and Deep Purple. John Mayall has also been a major influence, especially his work with Sugarcane Harris and Mick Taylor.

I have a Starfish Electric violin, which I play through a Fender Deville 410. And my pedalboard which includes an OCD Distortion, Bad Horsie Wah, Wampler Ego Compressor and delay.
I also have my own Mackie desk and QSC P.A.
