A band in formation. Looking for a permanent drummer and bassist to make up a four piece with two existing guitarists. The band’s activity is a bit on and off, as one of us is in France till spring but we’ve been managing 2 gigs a month with a full band - with interludes where we can do more - and hoping to gig all summer. And then next year be a fully operational band, practicing and gigging multiple times a week. We’re recording right now and will have some demos soon if you want to get in touch. Influences
Beach Boys, Beatles, Stones, Pixies, Modern Lovers, Love, Velvet Underground
The music is essential rock. Big emphasis on melodies. But we hoping to achieve something interesting within that old formula with more experimental and underground influences. Big Star is a good example and Velvet Underground.
