Experienced guitarist, available for session work & deps - l can travel or provide tracks on-line via my own studio. Just let me know what you need.

Tight (click friendly), good ear, can read and (I'm told) very easy going (although my wife would probably question that ...). Plus I can handle BV's.

Bandwise, I'm currently involved in various projects (including originals and covers/tribute bands) covering styles ranging from acid jazz & funk through to soul through to pop through to rock. I've done stacks of live & studio work for all sorts of people over the years.

Grew up studying classical (grade 7 distinction, grade 8 merit), got into jazz/fusion in my early teens, meandered into blues & rockier stuff, and somehow ended up playing lots of poppy stuff for money ...

Guitarist-wise, I love the usual suspects most serious guitarists would go slack jawed over - Holdsworth, Howe, Henderson, Johnson, Beck, Satch, Rodgers, Govan ... to name but a few.

That said, I listen to a huge variety of music, in truth very little of it 'guitary' - I'm particularly prone to anything with a good strong groove (I'm a massive dance music fan ...).

For me playing always starts with the needs of the song.

Basically, all top notch pro gear.

Main guitars nowadays are both custom Waghorn Corax, main amp is an Egnater IE4 pre-amp & VHT 2-50-2 power-amp through two 2x12 Zilla custom cabs, and a comprehensive pedal board capable of covering all the bases I get asked for (happy to bore for England on my ever-changing love affair with stomp boxes if you're interested ...!).
