Hunky Tonk Piano / Hammond Keyboard Player Wanted..!

Ambitious and experienced group of musicians putting a together a Southern Rock tribute band to target good gigs and venues later this year and onwards.
The aspiration is to initially get a couple of warmup gigs at appropriate venues but target the tribute circuit including theatres going forward.
The goal is to create a Southern Rock Extravaganza charting the music from early Allman Bros through the 70s peak of popularity (Skynyrd, Marshall Tucker etc) and right up to date (eg BlackBerry Smoke, Whiskey Myers..) - clearly some big songs in there to be included.. but open to more suggestions.
We have bass, drums & lead singer in place already, and are auditioning guitar players in February.
Looking for keyboard player to help get the ball rolling and shape the music choices.
We are looking for a player with the right feel, approach and skill set to complete the initial lineup. It’s a mix of blues, rock, country, honky tonk & soul that make up the recipe - if you love the music you will know what it’s all about - piano, organ & electric piano are the main sounds and there’s lots of them!
Early stages but this is an opportunity to help form the sound, the image and the setlist.
Requirements:
Good gear and own transport
Skills in the right areas - tell us what you can bring - we think we want Billy Powell/Greg Allman/Chuck Leavell but let us know what you can add to the mix..
Ability to work with the rest of the band - take and give helpful direction when necessary
Motivation and appetite to create a professional show - music is the foundation but image and delivery are key
Prepare for rehearsals - we learn the songs before we get together - then we work on playing them together, not learning them
Lastly - you’ve got to love the music!
Bonus points but not essential:
Backing Vocals
Additional instrumentation - acoustic guitar, harmonica, percussion .. ?
Contacts - good circuit venues, management etc
We are based in Cheshire, Warrington & Wirral areas and have access to rehearsal spaces. Prepared to travel for good gigs but need to keep rehearsals to the northwest to make it workable.
