I have a good sense of rhythm and working to improve my playing which revolves around learning some standard rock tunes but not limited to just rock as I love to learn and feel how the bass fits in and makes the rest of the band sound good. Don't be put off by my age as I'm not just interested in old stuff but anything that's good. I've got a Yamaha 4 string standard bass nothing fancy but a nice sound when I prefer to play it through my 50 watt Marshall combo. I have another 35 watt combo but not quite the rich warm sound that I get from Marshall
