We are Stonerager, a brand new heavy rock/metal band, formed by 2 very skilled musicians, a guitarist and a bass player. We are currently looking for a good drummer and a singer to join the band. We have been with our instruments for over 20 years and have years of stage experience.
We are creative musicians and currently putting together the initial ideas for a few songs, which means that whoever joins the band would have the opportunity for creative input from the very start. We also plan to enter a studio and record a demo in a few weeks time. We both aim to play to a very high standard...
Until we build a set of original tracks, we plan to play a few gigs that include covers of songs by Iron Maiden, Metallica, Deep Purple and etc, but we'd like to gradually replace the covers with original stuff as we develop more of our own material.
We both have our own gear and transport. One of us is based in London, The other in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. We have options to rehearse in both London or Peterborough.
We have the contacts to enlist us in some of the summer festivals but work needs to commence now, so if you are reading this and thinking - this is me they're looking for then send us a contact request and we'll take it from there.
