We have 2 last V.I.P. superb professional double studios for you in our 8 music studios. V.I.P. : REHEARSAL, RECORDING studios to L E T monthly, or F O R any other B U S I N E S S

SEND US YOUR SUGGESTION! YOU CAN HAVE V.I.P. STUDIOS OF YOUR DREAMS: Our builders will make FREE CHANGES (4 rooms (!) are possible) ACCORDING TO YOUR NEEDS = STUDIOS OF YOUR DREAMS during about 10 next days.
REMEMBER:
IF YOU WANT A STUDIO OF YOUR DREAMS, COME HERE WITH a delineated sketch (in metres) (top view and side view) of your DESIRED STUDIO OF YOUR DREAMS. The limits of the outer measurements are in our advertisement.

We have 2 last (from our 8) superb V.I.P. professional double studios for you in our music studios. Each double room has two rooms (see below). You can rehearse, produce music or make any business there anytime you want, including in the nights if you want! 24 hours NON-stop access, privacy, very safe. Bus service including night bus, Underground (District Line: Tube and Railway Station: Gunnersbury 5 minutes by walk), FREE car park. Sharing with other musicians: 2 toilets, shower room, kitchen PLUS very large comfortable saloon: 5.2m x 5m plus a "garden". NON-STOP Internet FREE in each (YOUR) studio.

You can use the rooms for almost whatever (SUGGEST your idea), for example:

- showroom
- meeting room
- photo-atelier-production
- film/movie production/atelier
- school (music school or ANY other school)
- dancing school or private training - rehearsal of dancing

We offer two last V.I.P. double studios:

1st double studio:

£324 each if you are 4 people.
Standard rent price: Just only £1,296 all inclusive per month for a LARGE double room: 4.4m x 3.4m, day light (windows) PLUS 2m x 3.4m, day light (windows). EACH ROOM of this double studio HAS OWN ENTRANCE (OWN DOOR WITH A LOCK). Between these two rooms is a wall with a large window like it is usual in professional recording studios. (If you request we can "cancel" the window and make a proper wall between these two rooms so that you can have two single studios.:
You also can share the rent with YOUR co-partners, company, friends, community, band so that it can be even cheaper :
£648 each if you are 2 people or
£432 each if you are 3 people or
£324 each if you are 4 people or
£259 each if you are 5 people or
£216 each if you are 6 people or
£185 each if you are 7 people or
£162 each if you are 8 people or
£144 each if you are 9 people or
£129 each if you are 10 people etc.

£349 each if you are 4 people.
Standard rent price: Just only £1,395 all inclusive per month for a double studio: 6.9m x 5.1m (has an air-conditioning !) plus inside of this studio, in the corner is a sound-proof booth: 2m x 1.6m with a large window like it is usual in professional recording studios.
You also can share the rent with YOUR band, co-partners, company, friends, community so that it can be even cheaper :
