Sweatbox are a Cardiff based four piece who intend on delivering energy and enthusiasm as the upmost priority. Influenced by bands The Oh See’s, Fuzz, Bad Brains, Black Flag (and many more) they create and deliver elements of punk, grunge, hardcore and noise intended to get a crowd showing teeth. “Sweatbox possesses the raw heat and energy to put on a show and the lyrics and instrumentation to keep you coming back for more”. “For a band in its early days, the project shows serious quality and plenty of potential”, Radar Reviews, June 2023, Sweatbox “Black Sauce”.
