We're looking to form a good time band. Have loads of smiles and earn a bit of money too.
Main criteria is to get people up, moving and shaking so the tunes have to have a groove and a bit of a stomp.
To begin with we're looking for Hammond & Keys, Drums, maybe Lead Guitar, Female Vocalist ("the woman got soul!"), and then the cherry on the icing on the cake maybe some brass if we get that far!

Right, well...
We started out thinking 60's Pub Soul, Northern Soul, 70's, Faces, Small Faces, Booker T, Otis Redding, Dexys, Georgie Fame, early Who, Tom Petty...
But we're also looking to cross beams and have some Talking Heads, Dee-Lite, B-52's, Uptown Ranking by Althea & Donna etc etc.
Whatever gets people up and dancing, but primarily with that deep hammond purring and bass and drums really coming through.
