Hello, I'm a guitar player with some experience and very open to new things. I've played in a Soul/Funk band mostly in parties, bars and events, doing both covers and some original instrumentals. I've played in a Big Band Jazz & Swing ensemble for some years, and have some experience playing in Jazz Combos. I've also played folk music in small groups, mostly south american folk music, like Choro, but I like to innovate and discover new genres. I'm a fan of Soul, Funk and classic R&B music, also a Jazz and Swing music fan (and Lindy Hop dancer!), and as I said, I love many kinds of folkish roots music. I have previous experience playing in Rock bands, both creative and cover-oriented. I like the Gypsy Swing/Jazz movement aswell.
Well, I hope to try and see if I fit in any new or ongoing projects, I love doing what I do, and I don't mind playing in super serious or super casual projects, it all depends on my current availability (I've just moved to London now, so I'm mostly free).

Influences
Classic Soul, R&B, Blues = STAX! FAME, Muscle Shoals, Motown, The Blues Brothers :)
Funk, and funky stuff= Parliament/Funkadelic, Galactic, Chic, Kool & The Gang, Earth Wind & Fire
Jazz = Not too boppy stuff, mostly prebop, and some "border" artists. Among boppers I love hard bop mostly. So I dig Art Blakey's stuff, but not so much Coltrane's stuff, as an example.
Swing = All of it, including Gypsy Swing. Also a fan of Dixieland like early Jazz
Folk music = Tango, choro, milonga, candombe (from South America). European folk genres, North American stuff (Bluegrass, Old Time Music, Folk Songs)
