We are a Classic Rock Covers band covering a wide variety of artists from Pink Floyd through to Elton John. Formed originally as 'The dodgy Jammers' we out grew the name and recently changed to 'The Counterfeits' We have gigged occasionally as well as attended a few open Mic's and are looking to get ourselves more out there with a view to gigging 2-3 times a month. This inevitably means having to showcase and do freebies in order to promote ourselves.
With the recent departure of Matt our Bass man, we are looking for a replacement. Matt is still available to Dep when available and happy to help transition anybody taking his place.
We therefore are looking for a regular bass player. We are also looking at augmenting the line up with either a keyboard player or second guitarist. We have a list of songs we already perform and would of course welcome any input and suggestions from any incumbents.
We have a full PA with monitoring and Mic's and use of a DMX lighting rig. We also have sole access for a rehearsal space in Stanford Le Hope
