Hello!
We are looking for a bass guitarist
We are looking for someone with great feel, who is not only able to make noise but also to leave space when need be. We have a lot of material written waiting to be tweaked and then recorded/gigged. It would be great to have people interested in writing music, but we must stress we have a strong direction which we are happy with, so it would have to be within the boundaries of our sound.
Our aim is to write short solid, intelligent pop songs.
We are 4 guys (drums, guitar, keys and singer/kazoo maestro).
We are late twenties to early 30s, all with a lot of experience (studios, gigs, management etc.). We practice at least twice a week in the hackney/Islington area.
We would like people of a similar age. Sex, race etc is completely unimportant.. just people who love music, performing and who are serious and committed. None of us likes egos or politics in bands or widdly guitar solos. But we do all love tea.
Oh and we haven’t decided on a name yet!
