43 year old drummer looking to join an existing covers band .
A bit about me. I have been playing for 34 years in bands (both originals and covers) and I have played in many different types of venues and to many different types of audiences all over the UK. I am primarily a rock drummer so it would be rock covers that I would be looking to do (mix of classic and modern rock). I have my own gear and transport. I am not looking for a start up band unless you already have gigs lined up and a good pa in place. Otherwise i am looking at joining an established band.
I am looking for musicians that are of a similar caliber as me and have the same outlook. Music is more than a hobby to me. It is a passion and a pleasure and whilst I get immense enjoyment from it, I work hard to ensure I'm as good as I can be. I expect anyone I play with to be the same. The only thing I ask is no ego's, no time wasters and only people who have a good ability on their instrument of choice. I'm also not interested if you are only playing to impress your mates.
