Upright bass.ABOUT
Hi, my name's Tim and have returned to the power of the Bass! After time out of the country I returned to these shores, skint and picked up my bass again. Through the wonders of internet i have got back into my licks. I have an ever increasing list of covers but I have been creating 'licks' on my bass which got me thinking, this can groove with a double bass. go no further than' walk on the wild side' - one upright and one electric bass playing at tenths!! I solely believe there is a possible outcome with original likcs mixed in with classic songs. who knows where it could go!

Influences
as pure usual a real mash up; grow up on 90s indie, with 70s influences (police, clash, blondie) got into those drums and bass (burkem, mickey finn, when the bass lines were fat but dark). I also am fond of my blues; clpaton to the late great Cale. I really dig those flowing bass lines. I have a fondness of ska and cover a few of those classic tunes. Basically I like anything witha good bass line so my eyes are wide open to most non commercial genres.
