I'm a hard hitting, highly energetic drummer (think Animal from Muppets!) with around 25 years of experience in many different bands. I've done everything from small pub gigs to club shows to outdoor festivals, and have done some studio recording as well. I'm mostly a rock drummer (have played various rock genres), but dabble in jazz and funk too. I've played in original and cover bands, in genres ranging from punk to alternative rock to grunge to classic rock to post-rock to instrumental.

Influences
Stylistically, I've been heavily inspired by Stewart Copeland's drumming with The Police, Bill Ward's drumming with Black Sabbath, Danny Carey with Tool, and Jimmy Chamberlin's drumming with The Smashing Pumpkins. In my early years I was very much influenced by Dave Grohl's hard hitting Nirvana drumming, and Travis Barker's speed, flair and chops with Blink 182.
