I am learning to play the bass and the drums. So please don't expect a super musician just yet. I am also not a teenager :)
I've grown up around musicians and bands, so music has always been a big part of my lifestyle. My youth was all about 80s. I also liked lost of 60s then. I've listened to tons of songs and know lots of bands.
When it comes to making music with lyrics, I think having meaningful poetry is more important than the music itself. But if we're just talking about melodies, we don't always need words. For me, it's all about putting poetry first and then adding the music.
