Hi,
I'm 32 and live in Knaresborough (40mins from Leeds and York).
I'm a fairly experienced drummer looking to join a band, start a creative collaboration or play on recordings.
I love the a wide range of music but anything with dynamics, spontaneity and depth. My favourite album is Solid air by John Martyn so Jazz, folk, ambient sounds are right up my street.
If suited to the music - I really enjoy playing dynamically with varied textures, mixing it up with brushes, shakers, tambourines, stuff stacked on other stuff etc.
I'm not the strongest singer in the world by any means but could provide a backing harmony if needed. I've noodled on guitar for years and can hold a tune/come up with parts.
Ideally looking to play with/for others that take music seriously, are willing to collaborate and have fun with it!
