I'm on here as part of a specific album project which I've been working on for years. It consists of a selection of songs, all of very different genres and my aim is to record each one with a completely different set of musicians. This means everything from mates who I've been in bands with before to fully fledged pros. I'm writing a book on the whole process and so far it's been hugely enjoyable and very interesting.
I'm looking for a group of musicians on here to practice and record the final song on the album - a sort of pop rock number. It would be great to try and recruit the band from here (would make a good chapter in the book!)
Hoping to record somewhere decent with an experienced producer so would be good experience for budding musicians s as well as seasoned pros looking for something fun and interesting to do! Let me know if you're interested.
I'm after drums, bass guitar, keys and if you play anything weird and wonderul let me know. Always open to considering adding it in. As a long shot if there are any uillean pipe players out there I'm particularly interested in trying that foe this particular song too.
